Powder Coating

Powder Coating is a dry finishing process created by an electric charge that causes a dry powder to fuse to the surface of the metal. This is then baked in a curing oven to achieve a smooth coating. It is usually used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint.

If its conductive, and can survive the oven temps, I can coat it.

Media Blasting

Media blasting, also known as sandblasting, is a process of propelling abrasive media at a surface to remove contaminants, paint, coatings, or other substances. It is also used to prepare a surface for powder coating, in addition to etching a surface, creating artistic designs or graphics as required by the project.

Vapor Blasting

Vapor blasting is a form of abrasive blasting that uses water mixed with an abrasive media such as glass beads, aluminum oxide, or crushed glass to clean and prepare surfaces. It is also known as wet blasting.

This is especially helpful with restoring engine internal components dude to the ability to clean without damage to bearing and seal surfaces.
